Neumann Sloat Arnold Architects Inc. is a building envelope architectural firm founded in 2009 by Brian Neumann, AIA and Austin Sloat, AIA and joined by Steve Arnold AIA in 2015.

We specialize in building envelope consulting for new construction, restoration and repair projects, and construction litigation support.

Our team of architects and contractors thoroughly investigates the root cause of problems and researches the best available option. We are committed to giving clients sustainable solutions that endure for the long term.

NSA principals are active members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), and the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). They have also served on the boards of the Roofing Contractors Industry (RCI), Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWRI), Western Construction Consultants (WESTCON), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
