Brian Neumann

A founding principal and president of Neumann Sloat Arnold Architects, Brian Neumann has over 30 years of experience in architectural design and construction. He is currently the president of the Western Construction Consultants Association (WESTCON) and serving on the board of directors for the Sealant Waterproofing & Restoration Institute (SWRI). He is also has served as President of the Pacific Contractors Association (PCA).

Brian has extensive experience consulting for owners, contractors, developers, and other architects. He has led forensic investigations for construction litigation support on both plaintiff and defense sides.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed architect in the state of California.
