Lee Woolsey

A licensed general and waterproofing contractor for decades, Lee Woolsey has years of experience in waterproofing from the construction side, forensic investigation, material selection and specification, and being an expert witness. Joining Neumann Sloat Arnold Architects in 2013 as Senior Technical Manager, Lee is a bridge between design and construction.

Prior to Neumann Sloat Arnold, Lee worked at Lowry’s Waterproofing as a technical consultant and Lotus General Contractors as principal. He received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
