Mark Dietrich

Since 2002, Mark Dietrich’s primary focus has been consulting for remedial waterproofing design, developing details, coordination of drawings and specifications, construction defect litigation, and contract administration services with a special interest in historic preservation and rehabilitation. 

He has experience with a wide range of building types, including residential, commercial and educational and has extensive experience in leading forensic investigations and evaluating building enclosures.

Prior to Neumann Sloat Arnold, Mark spent more that eight years practicing forensic architecture at Walovich + Associates. He earned a Master of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield Michigan. He is a licensed architect in the states of California and Hawaii.
